This is a manual for federations using our federation-specific websites, such as Cyprus 
, Malta 
, and Wales 
.
Federation Roles¶
There are two types of roles in the system for Federation staff who could belong to both or either groups:
- License renewal approvals
- Expiring athlete membership of a club
- Uploading athlete photos
- Rights for creating and configuring competitions
Receive a daily email confirming:
- License renewals for the previous day
- Renewal requests issued by clubs
Test Server¶
OpenTrack's test server is accessible for federation-specific sites using the following format:
https://test-FEDNAME.opentrack.run/
For example:
- https://test-estonia.opentrack.run/
- https://test-bmaf.opentrack.run/
- https://test-bul.opentrack.run/
This is useful for staff aiming to test functionality before trying it on the live site.
Test Site Reset
Please be aware the database on the test site is overwritten each morning at 3:30am GMT. See our documentation for further details.
