Changing User Passwords

Finding the User

Navigate to the Athletes tab of your federation site.

Use the search functionality to find the person you're looking for, and click on their name to take you to their athlete page.

Changing the Password

If you are logged in as a user with correct permissions, you will see an ACTIONS dropdown button in the top-right of the page.

Choose the 'Reset password' option.

On the new page, enter the new password twice, and then click CHANGE PASSWORD

Let the user know once you've changed their password, and you're all sorted.

Note

You will not be able to change the password of anyone who does not have a role with your federation.
