Editing Entries

This page covers the various ways in which you can edit entries that you have already been made.

Change Club

  • Navigate to the competition homepage
  • Click Edit Entry/Add Athletes
  • Step through the entry process to the club selection page, labelled 'Step 2'
  • Click on the box where your current club is showing to open the club finder text box
  • Start typing the name of your club, and click on it when it appears
  • Click 'OK', and continue stepping through the entry process to the final page, then press 'Exit'.

Note

You will only be able to do this up until entries closing.

Warning

You will see the club change in the entry summary tab on the right-hand side of your screen as soon as you have made the change, but this is not saved until you step through to the final page and press 'Exit'.

Changing Event(s)

  • Navigate to the competition homepage
  • Click Edit Entry/Add Athletes
  • Step through the entry process to the event selection page, and untick the events you no longer want to be entered for
  • Tick the events you do want to be entered for
  • Step through to the final entry page, where you will have one of a few scenarios:
    • The cost is more than your original basket - click pay and you will be prompted to pay the difference
    • The cost is the same as your original basket - just click exit, and the change will be made
    • The cost is less than your original basket - just click exit, and the change will be made; you can request the difference back from the event organiser, as they are able to offer a partial refund for the difference

Note

You will only be able to do this up until entries closing.

Changing Qualifying Performances

  • Navigate to the competition homepage
  • Click Edit Entry/Add Athletes
  • Step through the entry process to the event selection page, and change your QP
  • Continue stepping through to the final entry page, and press 'Exit'.

Warning

If you do not step through to the final page and press exit, your changes will not be saved.

Note

You will only be able to do this up until entries closing.

Request a Refund

If you wish to request a refund for your event, please contact the event organiser using the email on the competition homepage.

Note

Please do not contract OpenTrack for a refund. Staff cannot make changes to any event entries without the permission of the competition organiser, so please contact them directly.
