Changing Personal Details¶
Once logged in, click on your name in the top-right hand corner of your screen to bring up the user dropdown menu.

Click on MY PROFILE.
OpenTrack Profile Page¶
Once on the MY PROFILE page, scroll to the final box on the page, titled PERSONAL DETAILS.

Simply update your details, and click SAVE.
Unable to Save¶
If you've attempted to change your profile to details matching a record which already exists in the OpenTrack database, then you'll receive a warning message, and your change will not be saved.

If you receive this warning, it is highly likely that there are multiple records representing you in the OpenTrack database when there should only be one, and they need merging — to get this fixed, please get in touch.
