Signing Up for an OpenTrack Account

Signing up is for first-time users of OpenTrack. If you already have an account, try to log in instead.

• First fill in some basic personal details such as name and nationality.

• Click REGISTER, and then activate your account via the link sent to the email address you signed up with.

I can't find the activation email

If you don't think you've received an email, check your spam, and make sure you're able to receive emails from noreply@opentrack.run

"Email address already in use"

If you try to sign up and are told your email is already in use, you likely already have an account. If you think you know your password, try to log in instead, or request a password reset.

"A person record with these details already exists"

If you try to sign up and are told we already have a record for you, you might already have an account. If you recognise the email address, try to log in, or request a password reset.
