Set up a Stripe account¶
In order to take paid entries, you'll need to have a Stripe account, which can be connected to ours. This lets us send you your entry fees!
Stripe is the card processing company that OpenTrack use. When an athlete enters your competition, their fee will go to your organisation's connected Stripe account, with OpenTrack's and Stripe's fees deducted along the way.
You can configure your Stripe account to pay out to your desired bank account daily, weekly, or monthly.
Account Setup¶
To set up an account go to the Stripe website and follow their setup instructions.
Once you have your Stripe account, head straight to your organisation's OpenTrack page to connect it if we've already set you up, or email support@opentrack.run if you need access.
Simply click CLICK HERE TO CONNECT, and allow Stripe to connect your account to OpenTrack's. After this, you can take paid entries.
