Set up a Stripe account¶
In order to take paid entries, your organisation needs to have a Stripe account, which will then be connected to OpenTrack's. Stripe is the card processing company that OpenTrack use. When an athlete enters a competition their fee will go to the organisation's Stripe account with OpenTrack's and Stripe's fees deducted along the way. The money will then flow from the Stripe account to the designated bank account.
To set up an account go to the Stripe website and follow their setup instructions. Once this process is complete and has been confirmed by Stripe, please email support@opentrack.run.
We will then set you up with access to the "profile" page for your organisation.
Simply click the CLICK HERE TO CONNECT button and it will take you to the relevant page on Stripe to connect your account to OpenTrack's. After this, you are ready to take paid entries.
